Intended learning outcomes
The students must:
- Get knowledge about Metalic Constructions - conservation, rehabilitation and reinforcement of steel elements.
- Get knowledge about Metals and Metal Alloys - physical, chemical and mechanical properties, Corrosion, Protection and repair techniques.
- Get knowledge about corrosion mechanisms;
- Get knowledge about ceramic tiles and plasters: main physical, chemical, mechanical and functional characteristics, quality rules, pathologies and intervention methodologies.
- Get knowledge about paints, varnishes and polymers: Applicability, Structure, Properties, Pathologies, Durability and Repair techniques;
